We are not responsible, liable, or obligated to reship or refund the cost of any packages that are mis-delivered, stolen or Returned-to-Sender.

If we receive a returned package, we'll contact the customer to review the reason for the return. If we determine to reship the package, customer will be responsible for the full shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your coffee, arrives damaged, or an error occurs with your order, please contact us with your concerns at hello@homecoffeesf.com and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
